White |2022 | Alentejo
Intro: This white gets its name from the Cartuxa Monastery, where Carthusian monks lived in silence and prayer since 1598. When we first tried this wine, it was with Peruvian guests that came to visit us in Portugal. We had it with freshly made ceviche and it was match made in heaven. It is an iconic wine throughout Portugal.
