1) Grilos Sparkling Brut
Quinta dos Grilos is located in the small village of Tonda and has been producing quality wines since the mid-nineties, with about two thirds of red grape varieties and one of noble white grape varieties from Dão, located in one of the best areas of the Tondela region.Crystalline with a elegant bubbles. citrus colour. White fresh fruit jelly, citrus, hazelnut and biscuit aromas. Fruity, fresh, soft mousse, crispy and elegant persistence.
2) Regueiro Vinho Verde Alvarinho/Trajadura 2023
From a small Family Project in 1988 to being voted the best winery in Portugal in 2019. With a lineup of award winning wines from the Vinho Verde Region this is a boutique winery carrying a lot of knowledge, passion and prestige. A straw citrus coloured wine with with an aromatic profile that details notes of lemon, apple and peach. Mineral mouth feel with a medium finish.
3) Porca de Murca Reserva White 2020
Porca de Murça is Douro’s leading brand, having celebrated 93 years of existence in 2021, and becoming one of Portugal’s oldest wine brands. The brand originated from a folktale from the small village of Vila de Murça, in the Douro Valley. An elegant wine, with enormous aromatic complexity of fruit and floral notes, combined with the unique minerality of the Douro. Balanced, with fruit flavours and an excellent acidity which results in a long, ever lasting finish.
4) Cabriz Colheita Red 2022
Intense ruby color. Fruity, predominantly in fresh red fruits, wild berry jam, spices and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fruity, smooth, elegant and harmonious.
5) Porca de Murca Red 2021
A clean, deep and bright ruby coloured wine with red berry and cherry notes showing intensity and freshness. Ripe fruit flavours, excellent structure, velvety and very well balanced.
