Intro: High-end Amarone from Tezza winery, this is a full-bodied masculine wine on the dry side for Amarone. The Tezza estate has been operated by cousins Flavio, Vanio, and Federico since 1998. Every step of the production from planting to bottling is done in-house, ensuring authenticity, transparency, and excellence.

Aging: The wine is aged either 36 months in barriques plus 6 months in bottle for some releases, or a longer 60 months in cellar aging, depending on the reference.

Tasting Notes: Our 2018 Amarone della Valpolicella Valpantena is a rich, full-bodied wine with a polished, savoury mouthfeel and some sweetness. Deep ruby red; scents of cherry preserves, vanilla, black liquorice, tobacco leaf; warm ad smooth in the mouth, with emphatic suite of tannins.
