Tapada do Chaves is a historic producer of very small quantities, destined to an elite of consumers of rare fine wines. With 60 hectares of land and 32 hectares of vineyard, Tapada do Chaves produces different wines that have, however, one thing in common” they all result from the most privileged Portuguese terroirs.

Aging: 9 months on fine lees and batonnage
Tasting Notes: Straw-coloured, citric, complex and intense aroma, with hints of tropical fruit and nuts. Full-bodied and exuberant on the palate, the complex flavour and extremely elegant ripe fruit taste comes to the fore, with vibrant and fresh acidity. Harmonious, intensely fruity and persistent finish. Lime and grass notes on the nose. Green fruit on the palate with a hint of butter.
