Intro: Saturn's Secret wine is the combination of grapes chosen in detail, mixed with each other and without ever knowing what their variety is. A perfect combination with the soil, microclimate and oenological practices. A secret that can be proven, but will never be discovered.

Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% 2nd use. The best 30 from 70 barrels were selected. 48 months of aging in bottle.

ABV: 14.5% | Serving Temp: 18ºC

Pairing: Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine

Tasting Notes: Clear. Intense garnet with slight violet tones. Intense with distinct complexity and a mix of fruity and tertiary notes. Fruity, soft, well structured, harmonious and with distinct persistence.
