Important Store Credit Policy

• Store credit must be redeemed during the same tasting session
• Unused credit will be absorbed after the session
• Credit is non-transferable and holds no cash value
• May be applied exclusively toward wine purchases

Reservation Terms

• Advance reservation required due to limited seating
• Same-day cancellations before 12 PM result in absorption of the reservation fee (to cover wine allocation and preparation began 48 hours prior)
• Cancellations made before the event day may be rescheduled, subject to availability
• No-shows will result in the reservation fee being absorbed

Please note: Live violin performance is subject to musician availability and may be replaced if the performer has commitments with the Singapore National Orchestra.
