Aging: 12 monthswith battonage and another 12 months in bottle, prior to release.

Tasting Notes: Citrine coloured wine. Floral notes of bergamot and mandarin, combined with elegant notes of wood and white pepper. With great complexity, dense, powerful, balanced with a vibrant acidity that will ensure great longevity. It ends with a pleasant mineral expression.
