Intro: A wine that is only produced when we come upon a harvest of exceptional quality. Faced with a wine of rare, exceptional quality, we reserved a small batch of bottles which, after nine months in oak wood, rested in deep slumber for over 10 years in the silence of our cellars.

Aging: 9 months in French Oak followed by 16 years in bottle

Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow in colour. Aroma of dried fruits, vanilla, brioche, toast and some “high”. Very persistent in the mouth showing intense and delicate freshness of impeccable elegance.
