Aging: Second fermentation for 35 days at 13C

Tasting Notes: Pale Salmon colour. Very fine aroma, with notes of fruits fresh reds like wild strawberries and raspberries, toasted bread and cookies. At mouth is quite balanced, creamy, having a fresh and fruity finish.
