Greco Di Tufo|White|2022|Portugal Setubal|ViV 4.1
Intro: Bacalhoa is the name of the palace where the vines for this wine is grown. When we tried this wine, we immediately knew it was coming with us, it has been described as rivaling a more expensive left bank Bordeaux by our wine community in Singapore.
Region: Peninsula de Setubal | Winery: Bacalhoa
Grapes: Greco di Tufo
ABV: 12.5%| Serving Temp: 10-12 °C
Pairing: fish dishes, and even light meat dishes or more spiced cuisines, given its body and aromatic complexity.
Tasting Notes:
It has a golden yellow color slightly orange, complex aromas revealing floral and citrus notes with notes of dried flowers, lavender, grapefruit, ripe orange, in an elegant mouth and great depth in a strong structure and body. Given its rarity, we can define it as Exotic, Personalized and Different.
