Grand Brut NV
Intro: Perrier-Jouët, founded in 1811, is one of Champagne’s oldest houses, famous for its fleur-de-lys and Japanese anemone motifs designed by Art Nouveau artist Émile Gallé. Grand Brut was the first brut-style Champagne ever made by the house, released in 1846, when most champagnes were still sweet. It helped set the trend for the dry Champagne style that dominates today.

Tasting Notes: The Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV is lively, elegant, and finely balanced. The bouquet opens with aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, accented by floral notes of honeysuckle and a touch of brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, showing flavors of crisp orchard fruit, lemon zest, and white peach, supported by a creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles. Subtle hints of almond and toast add complexity. The finish is clean, graceful, and refreshing, a refined Champagne that captures both delicacy and charm.
