Earth Day Bundles are about celebrating sustainability. Respecting the land and terroir as well as responsible farming practices. We have selected this red wine package that includes so truly magnificent whites. With every bundle we will plant two trees! Cheers
1) Quinta dos Lobatos | Javali | Red | 2018 | Doc Douro - Vivino Rating 4.1
Named after a pack of Iberian wolves that roam the vineyard, the Quinta do Lobatos is a boutique biodynamic wine made by the talented team at Quinta do Javali. Only 6666 bottles of this wine was produced. Made from Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca & Tinta Barroca and aged for 6 months in French Oak. Intense red color. Nose characterized by notes of ripe red fruits, with a strong presence of strawberry jam and raspberry. The short aging in oak barrels was used only to adjust the aromatic component, being responsible for some spice hints. In the mouth, we highlight the fruity aromas, properly balanced by an elegant structure.
2) Series Tinto Cao | RCV | Red | 2016 | Doc Douro - Vivino Rating 4.3
Made from the Tinto Cao grape varietal. This is a red of great character and expression, with immense aromatic complexity and rusticity, showing aromas of red fruit and herbal suggestions in a charming nose. On the palate, reveals itself rustic, with firm tannins, yet delicate, showing some elegance and finishing off vibrant and lingering. Aged for 12 months in French Oak.

The Síbio Tinto is result of a long-term effort in precision and organic viticulture allied with winemaking of excellence, revealing the expression of the Douro terroir in its purest state. A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Francisca & Sousão that offers a Douro of great power yet following the path of the innovative organic wines. (6,600 bottles produced). A beautiful Douro red, which impresses at first sight for its deep and intense colour demonstrating structure and youth. Reveals a great aromatic character, with generous notes of mature fruit and hints of herbs demonstrating complexity and nobility. Dense and full-bodied, its tannins are evident, yet they are smoothed by a delicate sweetness provided by its fruity flavours.
