Intro: Bacalhoa is the name of the palace where the vines for this wine is grown. When we tried this wine, we immediately knew it was coming with us, it has been described as rivaling a more expensive left bank Bordeaux by our wine community in Singapore.

Aging:  15% of the wine aged in French oak for 12 months

ABV: 14.0% | Decant: 0.5-1hr | Serving Temp: 16-18 °C

Pairing: Tapas, pastas, white or red meat dishes.

Tasting Notes:
Deep in colour, very rich and concentrated in aromas and flavours, with
notes of red fruits combined with roasted nuances and well-integrated
into a firm and elegant structure. Complex and long, it presents great
potential of evolution.
