Intro: This wine explores the best characteristics of Baga, the queen grape variety of the Bairrada region. Combining elegance and structure, it maintains the aging potential to which Bairrada has accustomed us. We believe that it was because we had explored so thoroughly the profile of the Baga variety, that in the year of the launch of Baga 2011, this was considered the best wine from Bairrada.

Tasting Notes: The 2018 Encontro Baga reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruits, fruit jelly, light balsamic, and toasted notes. On the palate, it is fruity and well-structured, with pleasant volume, harmony, and long persistence.
