Intro: Bacalhoa is the name of the palace where the vines for this wine is grown. When we tried this wine, we immediately knew it was coming with us, it has been described as rivaling a more expensive left bank Bordeaux by our wine community in Singapore.

Aging: 13 years in 200 liter oak barrels served with whiskey in a greenhouse with wide temperature ranges.

Pairing: Desserts made with dark chocolate or simply as a digestive, with a good coffee.
Tasting Notes:
Intense, rich and complex aroma, with floral notes of orange blossom and roses, raisins, almonds and honey. In the mouth flavors identical to the aromas on a sweetness well balanced by good acidity and astringency - a set with body, smoothness and good persistence.
