Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatieres 2016
Intro: The 2016 Les Folatières from Leflaive offers a superb expression of one of Puligny Montrachet’s finest terroirs. For the vinification, Leflaive uses 100% whole berry pressing, pneumatic press, and for the 2016 vintage the ageing: “16 months (incl. 4 months of assemblage in tank), 100% oak barrels (25 % new oak)”.
