Tasting Notes: The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet shows a pure, bright hue with an expressive nose of yellow fruits peach, apricot, and mirabelle plum. On the palate, it is round, fleshy, and indulgent with good texture, offering a harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness. It can be enjoyed in its youth, while also capable of developing further complexity with short term cellaring.
