Intro: Bacalhoa is the name of the palace where the vines for this wine is grown. When we tried this wine, we immediately knew it was coming with us, it has been described as rivaling a more expensive left bank Bordeaux by our wine community in Singapore.

Aging: 12 months in French Allier Oak Barrels

ABV: 13% | Serving Temp: 10-12 °C

Pairing: The combination of full body and fresh acidity makes this wine a good companion for seafood with sauce, seafood rice, lean grilled fish, pasta and assorted salads.

Tasting Notes: 

On the nose it presents suggestions of citrus, field flowers and pineapple, with a slight vegetal touch of asparagus. Complex and exotic, it reveals a great freshness in the mouth, combined with good structure, in a set full of fruit, light, elegant and firm.
