Intro: Guidalberto 2022 is a refined Tuscan “Super Tuscan” red from Tenuta San Guido, the renowned estate behind Sassicaia. It blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to deliver elegance, balance, and early approachability, reflecting the unique Bolgheri terroir. The name “Guidalberto” pays tribute to Guidalberto della Gherardesca, an agricultural pioneer in Bolgheri who created the iconic Viale dei Cipressi. Introduced in 2000, this wine was designed as a more approachable counterpart to Sassicaia.
