Intro: “Oito Parcelas” (8 plots) is crafted only in exceptional vintages, sourced from eight of Casa de Santar’s best vineyard plots, some of which are century-old vines. This wine is a tribute to the estate’s heritage and the Dão’s ability to produce world-class, age-worthy reds.

Aging: Blend of 6 deposits, aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 25% 2nd use and 75% new. The best 25 of 50 barrels were selected. 60 months aged in bottle.

ABV: 13.5% || Decant: 2 hours || Serving Temp: 18-20 °C

Pairing: Rich Seafood dishes, Red meat stews and grills, Cheese and Charcuterie 

Tasting Notes: Intense garnet with light brownish tones. Intense and complex, present terciary notes of great quality. It also presents spicy and dried fruit notes. Complex, soft, well-structured with notorious
