Tasting Notes: The Cabriz Touriga Nacional Red 2019 is aromatic and elegant, showcasing the purity of Portugal’s iconic grape. The bouquet opens with intense notes of violet, rose petals, and wild berries, layered with hints of bergamot, spice, and subtle oak. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with flavors of ripe blackberry, blueberry, and red cherry framed by smooth, well-integrated tannins. Fresh acidity gives lift and balance, while nuances of dark chocolate, licorice, and herbal undertones add depth. The finish is long, floral, and refined, a polished expression of Dão’s Touriga Nacional.
