Intro: Evel is one of the oldest and most charismatic wine brands in Portugal, having been registered in 1913. With no specific meaning, the word Evel is a derivative of its anagram: Leve (light). The brand name was chosen with the intention of describing its tasting characteristics, which are maintained until this day: an elegant, smooth and enjoyable wine.

Grapes: Viosinho, Rabigato, Fernão Pires & Moscatel

Aging: Fermentation & aging in stainless steel for 6 months

ABV: 13.5% || Decant: Ready to drink upon opening ||  Serving Temp: 8-10°C 

Pairing: Ceviche, Fish Tartare, Seafood, Guacamole, Grilled Fish, Cured meats

Tasting Notes: This wine presents a beautiful straw color and intense, complex floral and white fruit aromas of peach and melon, revealing immense freshness. Flavorful and fruity, balanced by lively acidity, contributing to a long, lasting, and fresh finish.
