Intro: “Vinha dos Amores” means “Vineyard of Love”, a special plot at Casa de Santar dedicated to crafting their finest single-varietal wines. The wine is made from Encruzado, a grape almost exclusive to the Dão, often compared to Burgundy whites for its balance of richness and elegance.

Tasting Notes: Golden yellow in colour with notes of apricot, orchard fruits and flint. The integration with oak gives it notes of toast, vanilla and spices. It is dry, creamy and fresh with a long finish.
