    1) Palacio da Bacalhoa 2014 - vivino 4.4 - Setubal Region

    Bacalhoa is the name of the palace where the vines for this wine is grown. When we tried this wine, we immediately knew it was coming with us. Aged for 18 months in new French Oak and made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot. strong notes of red berry fruits with nuances of coffee, mocha, vanilla and nuts in a full, complex, fresh, elegant and persistent structure.

    2) Quinta do Javali Old Vines 2014 -  vivino Rating 4.4 - Douro Region

    The old vines was one of our favourite wines in Portugal, it is also in several fine dining and specialty wine bar establishments in Singapore. The old vines that make this wine have 65+ years of age and comes from the best parcels in the vineyard. Aged for 20 months in French Oak. Made from 30+ varietals. A rich dark red colored wine. The nose is characterised by notes of ripe black fruit, with hints of stone of black plums, dark chocolate and cocoa nibs, bark, tobacco and some leather, throughout evolution. In the mouth, the structure is striking, with tannins well presented, elegant and harmonious, to contribute to a silky body.

    3) Ravasqueira Premium 2014 - vivino Rating 4.4 - Alentejo Region

    This wine is a tribute to José Manuel de Mello, for his excellence as an entrepreneur and for his passion for wine, but also a tribute to the Alicante Bouschet variety, that became a symbol of the region. Released only on exceptional years, this wine is aged for 28 months in new French Oak. Structured yet elegant with notes of dark fruit.

    4) Cartuxa Colheita 2018 -  vivino Rating 4.3 - Alentejo Region

    This wine gets its name from the Cartuxa Monastery, where Carthusian monks lived in silence and prayer since 1598. Made from Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez & Trincadeira. Aged for 12 months in Oak Barrels. Intense and concentrated garnet colour. Intense, fresh and complex aroma of forest fruits, rockrose flower, truffle, earthy nuances and very elegant toasted and smoked flavours stand out. 

    5) Casa de Santar Reserva Tinto 2015 -  vivino Rating 4.2 - Dao Region

    An elegant wine from the Dao region. It is made from 50% Aragonez, 30% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro. Aged for 6 months on French oak barrels. Intense ruby with brownish tones. Intense notes of red fruits jam, spices and toasted notes. Complex, well-structure, elegant, harmonious and soft tannins.

    6) Tapada do Chaves Reserva 2015 -  Vivino Rating 4.4

    Tapada do Chaves is a historic producer of very small quantities, destined to an elite of consumers of rare fine wines. Made from Aragonez, Trincadeira & Alicante Bouschet. Aged for 12 months in Portuguese & French Oak barrels. Deep garnet in colour, with an intense and full aroma, dominated by forest fruit and black fruit, with light smoky hints. Well-structured on the palate, with strong tannins, full-bodied and firm acidity. Its intense fruitiness appears alongside spicy and smooth balsamic sensations. Extremely complex, fruity and very elegant persistent finish.
