Tasting Notes: The Javali 40-Year-Old Tawny Port is a masterpiece of age and elegance, offering a complex bouquet of dried figs, dates, and candied orange peel, beautifully layered with walnut, almond, and hints of coffee, cocoa, and exotic spices. On the palate, it is silky and concentrated, with flavors of caramelized nuts, toffee, dried apricot, and molasses, lifted by vibrant acidity that keeps the sweetness in balance. The finish is extraordinarily long and harmonious, leaving lingering notes of honey, spice, and roasted hazelnut, a true meditation wine.
